Desire India Today operates as a business and we expect CLIENTS to understand and respect our policies. Our goal as an internet marketing company is to bring the highest value per dollar spent by our CLIENTS, and in order to help us in that pursuit, we need to cover expenses and fuel our operations. Therefore, we require payments to be made on-time in respect to the services offered to CLIENT.

THIS IS OUR REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY AND BY HIRING DESIRE INDIA TODAY FOR SERVICES YOU ARE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT AND YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY OUR POLICIES.

Web Development

Web design and development projects require extensive resources, consumes our time and incurs internal expenses. Therefore once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project gets cancelled, delayed or postponed by the CLIENT, then all monies paid will be retained by Desire India Today and if applicable, an additional cost will be charged to the CLIENT for all work completed beyond what was already paid for. No exceptions.

Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Marketing, & Internet Marketing

Payments for Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Marketing or any of our Internet Marketing services are non-refundable even if a fee was paid in advance. Once a payment or deposit is made, there are no exceptions to our refund policy.

Setup Fees:

Setup fees are applied directly to expenses incurred by Desire India Today in the setup phase of any SEO or Internet Marketing campaigns and are non-refundable.

Chargebacks:

We normally ask for CLIENT credit card or payment info so that we can charge the CLIENTS card for services provided OR we may also send an invoice so that you can pay from your end. Claiming that you didn’t provide your card info or that you are not aware of such charges is illegal and fraudulent.

If any chargeback or payment dispute is caused by CLIENT to a bank or credit card company, then CLIENT services and/or projects will be suspended and in some cases all work will be undone (reversed) without notice. Furthermore, the amount of the chargeback fee will be issued to CLIENT (to recover any fees passed on to us by the credit card company).

In Addition, any outstanding balances accrued as a result of the chargeback(s) will have to be paid in full before we restore service, deliver any files, or commence any work.

Requesting a chargeback or opening a dispute for a valid charge from us is fraud. Chargebacks are never a legal or appropriate means of obtaining a refund. All disputes will be challenged by our lawyers with sufficient evidence from our records.

Website Hosting

All hosting payments whether present or past months are non-refundable. Web hosting accounts are set up from the date of your order and are allotted a limited amount of server resources depending on the plan you purchased.

If CLIENT opens a hosting account but does not use it, payment will still be due. Hosting billing cycles continue until a cancellation notice is received in writing from the CLIENT in writing.

1. Services for Online Advertising and Marketing

   Desire India Today (DIT) provides a number of services aimed at increasing a website's online presence. By working with us, you agree to the Terms of Service outlined below. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any queries or if we can be of any assistance.

   Desire India Today (DIT) offers local, national, and worldwide search engine marketing, optimization, and related services. As a result, we transmit information on your behalf to search providers, who need you to agree to their terms and conditions. Google, Yahoo, MSN/Bing, ASK, AOL, Marchex, InfoUSA, 411 Directory Assistance, Yellowpages.com, Superpages.com, Yellowbook.com, Yelp, Acxiom, Localeze, TrueLocal, local.com, CitySearch, MagicYellow, Dex, YP.com, iBegin, YellowBot, Insider Pages, MojoPages, Kudzu, Merchant Circle, OnStar, Criagslist All of these providers' terms and conditions apply. Desire India Today(DIT) will not disclose your information with any other company unless it is necessary to get online advertising and marketing services on your behalf.

2. Advertising Material

   Desire India Today (DIT) has the right to publish information about your company on any of the above-mentioned publisher and search provider websites, and you authorise Desire India Today (DIT) to create content based on information or material provided by you or your designees and collected by Desire India Today (DIT), including copy, form, size, text, graphics, names, addresses, phone numbers, URLs, logos, trade names, and trademarks. Furthermore, you represent to Desire India Today (DIT) that the material and information you give is accurate and not misleading, and that you have the authorization to convey this product and service information to Desire India Today (DIT). Furthermore, if you have signed with Desire India Today (DIT), you enable Desire India Today (DIT) to contact your consumers for the express purpose of obtaining endorsements and reviews of your goods and services for publication. Articles, press releases, and blog posts will also be provided for approval before being published. The timing of these materials is important to the success of the campaign. As a result, unless the customer requests modifications or other contact, all monthly material will be deemed accepted one week after it was given for review. Finally, you give Desire India Today (DIT) permission to use tracking phone numbers and even record conversations on your behalf for 'customer service' purposes, as well as to send automated notifications to all incoming callers on tracking phone numbers if/when such service is contracted.

3. Unacceptable Practices

   DIT wants to provide the finest service possible, hence some principles and policies must govern DIT' efforts and connections with its clients. Violations of these standards and policies are absolutely prohibited and may result in the immediate termination of DIT' services. Such judgments are entirely at the discretion of DIT. Unacceptable practises include, but are not limited to, the following:

   • If a client fails to pay a monthly fee when it is due, Desire India Today (DIT) will instantly stop the services. In this scenario, we will not be required to provide a 10-day notice.
   • All payment related to Digital marketing services will not be refundable.
   • SEO Results cannot be guaranteed by Desire India Today. SEO services just provide execution of SEO tactics, which may take month or years before any results are seen.
   • Desire India Today will not take guaranteed of any types of results (Contacts) on all types of Ads.
   • All paid service fees are not refundable. (SEO, All types of advertisements and Purchased Domain and hosting)
   • For all type of website development project client have to pay half the payment upfront and when we complete the website client have to pay the remaining payment before the website logins.

4. No Guarantees

   You understand and accept that Desire India Today (DIT) offers no particular guarantee or assurance about the search providers and publishers to whom it submits advertising on your behalf, including the placement of paid search advertising or any specific results. Desire India Today (DIT) does not guarantee the quantity of calls, clicks, impressions, or website visits, nor does it guarantee that paid search advertising will appear in response to any specific inquiry. Desire India Today (DIT) does not guarantee that the performance will be error-free, but will take prompt action to remedy any issues that are discovered.

5. Terms

   The Desire India Today (DIT) Contract stipulates the initial term for which programme rates are guaranteed, which must be at least twelve (12) months for bespoke programmes. All agreements automatically renew at the then-current service prices. After the original agreement time, any party may discontinue the programme by providing the other party with a 30-day written notice.

6. Liability

   • Desire India Today will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses due to delay in obligated service deliverables, where the delay is because of natural or ungovernable causes.
   • The clients will defend, cover and hold Desire India Today harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities and expenses related to the services provided by Desire India Today to the clients under this agreement, including without limitation claims made by third parties related to any false advertising claims, liability claims for products or services sold by the client, claims for patent, copyright or trademark infringement, claims due to disruption or malfunction of services provided, or for any content submitted by you for publication by Desire India Today .
   • Due to the nature of digital media, any content/information given by the clients to Desire India Today for publication will be accessible by the public as soon as the publication is carried out. Desire India Today will not be responsible for screening the material and any damages or losses of profit, goodwill or any business asset due to the nature of content being publicized.

Account Suspension

All hosting payments that are 15 days past due will trigger an account suspension. Hosting paid up to 12 month in advance and canceled before the expiration date will be refunded for the months not yet elapsed.

Desire India Today reserves the right to disable and/or terminate a user’s account, services, or contract if a user is found in violation of our terms and policies. Termination due to policy violations will not be refunded.
